I haven't even had the pump for 6 weeks & they think I should already expect to buy new parts?Īustralian law stipulates that products must be fit for purpose & I think any reasonable person would find it unreasonable to be expected to replace parts on a very expensive product less than 6 weeks after receiving it. I decided to buy Spectra S1 a few weeks ago based on mother's group recommendation & now regret my choice & judging by the other poor reviews I see now I'm not alone in this. I am a full-time breastfeeding mother & have used a pump since 3 months pp. Have contacted consumer affairs because this is crappy and wrong. ![]() So disappointing after 6 years of loyal service, this has completely rubbed me the wrong way. Now have mastitis, and need to buy another pump to use today.
